Fred C. Church’s Kate Hart Promoted To Vice President, Personal Lines

August 18, 2023 by AC Editor

Fred C. Church is pleased to announce that effective July 1, 2023, Kate Hart was promoted to vice president, Personal Lines manager. In this new role, Kate will continue to lead the Personal Lines operations and Private Client Group operations and service teams. Her added responsibilities will include overseeing Personal Lines retail, the company’s Private Client Group in New Haven, and insurance carrier relations.

Kate Hart

Fred C. Church President and Chairman Michael S. Reilly says, “Kate excels in all the leadership attributes required to be successful in this role, including collaboration, communication, project management, and analysis. Most importantly, she has demonstrated her commitment to delivering outstanding customer service to our clients.”

Kate’s insurance career began in 2007 with Liberty Mutual, where she started as a sales representative and then advanced to become a field development specialist. She joined Fred C. Church in March 2016 as the Personal Lines operations manager. Since then, she has been responsible for supervising the day-to-day organizational functions within the Personal Lines Division, including the operations of the Customer Service, Claims, and Processing Departments.

Kate is well prepared to take on this new role at Fred C. Church and the responsibilities of leading a team of more than 50 talented insurance professionals, collaborating with insurance carriers to offer the best client solutions, and continually working to improve the customer experience.

Kate says, “I am excited and honored to continue to grow my career at Fred C. Church. It is a privilege to be part of an outstanding Personal Lines team, and I look forward to working more closely with our New Haven office as well as our carrier partners. This industry is truly about the people, and I am lucky to be working among the very best.”
