Staff Boom Strengthens Executive Leadership Team to Accelerate Technology-Led Growth

October 26, 2026 by AC Editor

Ranojoy “RJ” Hazra and Paul Lubbers join Staff Boom’s leadership team alongside Chief Development Officer Robert Dundas

Staff Boom, an insurance operations partner, today announced the expansion of its executive leadership team as the company enters its next phase of technology-driven growth. Staff Boom has appointed Ranojoy “RJ” Hazra as Chief Financial Officer and Paul Lubbers as Chief Product Officer, joining Chief Development Officer Robert Dundas, who has spent the past year helping shape the company’s growth strategy and market expansion. Together, the executives will help lead Staff Boom as it advances new technology, products, and capabilities designed to transform how the company serves its customers.

As insurance organizations today continue to manage tighter budgets and persistent workforce constraints, Staff Boom steps in to support the operational readiness of a team’s workflows, data, and processes. This leadership expansion further positions Staff Boom to help clients build that readiness as they grow.

“Over the past year, Robert has helped establish the commercial foundation for our next phase of growth,” said Norm Hudson, CEO and co-founder of Staff Boom. “RJ brings a rare combination of financial discipline and operational insight, and together with Paul, we now have the executive leadership in place to accelerate our technology, products, and infrastructure, supporting long-term, sustainable growth for our clients and our teams.”

Robert Dundas Leads Technology and Engineering Strategy

As Chief Development Officer, Robert Dundas leads Staff Boom’s global engineering team, architecting the scalable platforms and custom solutions that support the company’s insurance operations model. With more than two decades of experience, Dundas brings his expertise to developing next-generation integration engines and leading complex agency management system conversions, including preparing for the future of AI and automated end-to-end workflow solutions for insurance organizations.

“Technology only earns its place in insurance if it makes the customer’s life easier and more efficient,” said Dundas. “We’re committed to building a model that pairs sophisticated automation with insurance-trained teams who can carry a workflow from start to finish. Bringing Paul and RJ onto the leadership team gives us the resources to scale that model and keep building the platforms our clients need.”

RJ Hazra to Lead Financial Strategy

As Chief Financial Officer, RJ Hazra will lead the company’s financial strategy, overseeing financial planning and analysis, capital strategy, and reporting infrastructure as Staff Boom expands its global delivery footprint.

“I’m joining Staff Boom at a moment when the company has real momentum in the insurance tech enabled operations space,” said Hazra. “My focus will be on building the financial foundation and reporting discipline that lets a growing organization scale profitably and compliantly. I’m looking forward to working with the leadership team on that next chapter.”

Hazra brings more than 20 years of financial and operational leadership experience across the technology, industrial, and business services sectors. He joins Staff Boom from HireRight, a global provider of background screening and workforce solutions, where he served as Global Chief Financial Officer, and previously held senior finance leadership roles at Equifax and General Electric.

Paul Lubbers to Lead Product Development

As Chief Product Officer, Paul Lubbers will lead product strategy and development as Staff Boom builds out the technology and capabilities that support its insurance operations model.

“Insurance operations are becoming more complex, and the organizations that scale successfully will be the ones that pair strong operational discipline with the right technology and product strategy,” said Lubbers. “I’m excited to join Staff Boom’s leadership team and help build the products and capabilities that support that next stage of growth for our clients.”

Lubbers brings 25 years of insurance industry experience, most recently as Head of Affinity and Programs for the U.S. at Willis Towers Watson. Lubbers began his career at Aon before holding senior roles at Allstate and ServiceNow, and is an alumnus of McKinsey & Company’s North American Insurance Practice.

Leadership Expansion Supports Next Stage of Growth

The leadership additions reflect Staff Boom’s continued investment in the people and infrastructure needed to support its next phase of growth, as the company strengthens its position as a long-term partner for insurance organizations navigating industry transformation.
