MountainOne Insurance Expands in Pioneer Valley with Acquisition of McClure Insurance Agency

December 16, 2024 by AC Editor

Staff from West Springfield and Wilbraham locations Join MountainOne Team

MountainOne Insurance Agency has acquired McClure Insurance Agency, a long-established, family-owned insurance provider with offices in West Springfield and Wilbraham, MA. This marks MountainOne’s second acquisition in the Pioneer Valley this year. Earlier this year, the agency acquired the G. W. Morisi Insurance Agency.

With more than a century of service, McClure Insurance Agency has built a strong reputation for offering personalized insurance solutions for families and businesses. As part of MountainOne, McClure customers will gain access to expanded services, including Group Employee Benefits, Life Insurance, Long-Term Care Insurance, Medicare products, and in-house claims support. The acquisition also opens up a broader selection of insurance carriers, providing more competitive coverage options.

Mark McClure, principal of McClure Insurance Agency, along with the agency’s entire staff, will continue in their current roles. Both office locations at 103 Van Deene Avenue in West Springfield and 2361 Boston Road in Wilbraham will remain operational.

“We’re delighted to welcome the team at McClure Insurance Agency and look forward to serving their loyal customers,” said Jonathan Denmark, President & COO of MountainOne Insurance. “Customers who have conducted business with the McClure team can rest assured that they will see the same familiar faces, receive the same level of outstanding customer service, and have access to a wide range of insurance products and valuable solutions under the MountainOne brand.”

Mark McClure echoed the enthusiasm, stating, “When evaluating partners, it became clear that MountainOne shares the same values McClure Insurance has upheld for many years. With enhanced products for our customers and expanded employee benefits, we couldn’t be more excited to continue our legacy under the MountainOne brand.”
