The Cushman Insurance Group has expanded its footprint on the South Coast with the acquisition of Bergeron Insurance, adding a new office in New Bedford, Massachusetts.
The acquisition marks a growth milestone for Cushman Insurance Group as it continues to expand its regional presence while maintaining its long-standing commitment to client service dating back to 1922.
Together with its affiliated agencies, Ora A. Andrews Insurance Agency and T. Robert Sullivan Insurance Agency, Cushman Insurance is an independent insurance organization headquartered in Brockton, Massachusetts. The group serves individuals and businesses throughout Southeastern Massachusetts and beyond through its Brockton headquarters and branch offices in Halifax, Lakeville, Norton, South Attleboro, and Swampscott, staffed by professionally licensed agents.
Cushman said clients in the New Bedford area will receive the same level of trusted service now offered through an additional local office.
