BOSTON (June 1, 2026) – Liberty Mutual Insurance today announced the appointment of Amy Gross as General Manager, North America Construction, Global Risk Solutions.
In this new role, Gross will lead a dedicated Construction practice that delivers deep specialization, tailored solutions and a consistent approach to help mid-size and large construction companies better understand, mitigate and manage risk.
“Bringing together all of our construction expertise under a single leader allows us to deliver coordinated, specialized expertise on every construction account,” said Global Risk Solutions North America President Marc Orloff. “Amy is the right leader to bring this vision to life. She has a rare combination of underwriting expertise, business-building experience, and market credibility.”
Gross’ area will work closely with Liberty Mutual’s Global Infrastructure Solutions practice to help meet the needs of domestic highway, renewable energy, data center and other large projects.
Prior to her new role, Gross served as Global Private Equity Practice Leader, where she built a leading platform, growing it to over $2B in premium. A new leader for that area will be announced as that role is filled.
