Insurance Library Recognizes Its Highest Levels of Financial Support
Boston, Massachusetts (August 3, 2026)—The Insurance Library has announced that the six 2026 members of the Library’s Henry E. Hess Benefactor Society for 2026 are The Andover Companies, Arbella Insurance Group, Cross Insurance, Safety Insurance, Vermont Mutual Insurance Group, and an anonymous donor.
Six Named to the 2026 Hess Benefactor Society
Michael Pezza Jr., the Library’s Executive Director, explained that the society—named in honor of Henry E. Hess, one of the Library’s principal founders in 1887—recognizes those providing the highest levels of total financial support to the Library, including annual fund donations, IPYA and scavenger hunt sponsorships, webinar sponsorships and other education program fees, membership dues, silent auction donations, capital contributions, and other financial support.
Pezza said, “These six Society members have an exceptional history of membership and involvement with the Library and its programs. We are deeply grateful for, and appreciative of, the extraordinarily generous, enthusiastic, and wide-ranging support—financial and otherwise—that we received from them in our recently ended fiscal year.”
