DEDHAM, MA – Norfolk & Dedham (N&D) is pleased to announce that Nick Shaw has joined the company as Regional Marketing Manager for Massachusetts, effective October 6, 2025. In this role, Nick will oversee N&D’s marketing and agency distribution efforts across Massachusetts.

Nick previously served in marketing and distribution roles at N&D as well as roles in the independent agency channel. He brings deep experience in agency relations and regional market development. Nick holds his CPCU and MBA designations and currently resides with his family in Kittery, Maine.
