Plymouth Rock Assurance has appointed Caroline McGarry as a Territory Sales Manager.
McGarry previously served as an Agency Trainer with Plymouth Rock, working with independent agency partners across the company’s New England footprint. In that role, she developed and delivered training programs designed to increase production and align with agency performance goals, market conditions and sales objectives.
The company said McGarry brings agency operations experience and an understanding of the needs of independent insurance agents to her new position.

She also developed interactive training sessions that aligned with agency performance goals, market dynamics, and strategic sales objectives.
McGarry also serves on the Massachusetts Association of Insurance Agents’ Young Agents Committee, which brings emerging insurance professionals together to learn, connect and become more involved in the Massachusetts insurance industry.
