Kingston, MA – RogersGray has announced that Greg Deems, CRIS, has been promoted to Partner in the insurance agency. Greg Deems joined RogersGray in 2011 and quickly became a top performer in his sales role, devoted himself to the furthering of his insurance knowledge and was instrumental in the growth of the company’s construction practice.

“It’s easy to see why we value Greg, his commitment to the community and the industry.” Says Michael Robinson, Chairman of RogersGray. “As the insurance marketplace continues to evolve – particularly in the trades – Greg has focused on creating ways to elevate the agency to meet the needs of our clients.”

A UMASS Amherst Isenberg School of Management graduate, Deems is extremely active in the local community. He has chaired the Board of Directors for the South Shore Young Professionals, is the current chair of the Board at the Plymouth Area Coalition for the Homeless and had served on the Friendship Home Golf & Gala Committees.

“RogersGray has provided limitless opportunity, I get to work with the best people in the business and culturally speaking, there is a drive for excellence that motivates everyone to keep doing their best work.” Says Deems. “Focusing on construction has allowed me to work with a great group of clients as well – many of whom I now call friends. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to begin and continue my insurance career.” Deems has been nominated as a MAIA “Young Agents of the Year”, honored as a South Shore Stars “40 Under 40”, Cape and Plymouth Business “40 Under 40”, Insurance Journal “Agents of the Year” and a “Young Guns” from Insurance Business America.
