October 30, 2020 by AC Editor

President Kathryn M. Soderberg, CPCU said in her opening comments “Each one of you here this afternoon embodies Fran’s best qualities: she always looked out for the customer’s interests.  She was also responsible, hard-working, and knowledgeable.”  The agency president added “for those of you who are new to the team, and did not know the founder, while Fran worked hard at growing the agency, she also was 100% committed to improving the lives of those with disabilities that reside in our community. The agency co-founder developed and ran several pro-bono programs for young adults with special needs.”  Ms. Soderberg concluded her introductory remarks “Frances also loved a good party.”  The staff raised their glasses in a toast to the founder.

At the conclusion of the meeting, the staff of Soderberg Insurance Services was better prepared to meet the demands of our challenging times.  “Covid 19 has affected our staff” added President Kathryn Soderberg, CPCU.  “The virus has had an impact on our customers and their ability to pay their premiums and keep their businesses intact.  Our guidance during these challenging times is more important than ever.”  Ms. Soderberg added “Frances would have been proud of each and every one of you.  Like Frances, I am extremely proud of all of you… and extremely grateful.  Keep up the good work.”
