Seasoned insurance professionals to help grow the 140+ year old Massachusetts agency
Lisa Johnson, Chief Operating Officer
Lisa Johnson was recently appointed to the position of Chief Operating Officer by Encharter Insurance. An experienced business leader, Johnson has worked for more than 30 years in many facets of the insurance business. She has held sales and service leadership roles in insurance organizations with local, regional, and national scope. Most recently, she worked with independent agencies throughout New England. In appointing Johnson, Encharter’s Board of Directors cited her leadership skills, strong marketing expertise, customer focus, and team building experience, all of which will further strengthen Encharter’s service mission.
Of her appointment, Johnson says, “I’m delighted to lead the strong, seasoned team of the more than 20 licensed insurance professionals at Encharter. I’ve been impressed by how committed everyone is to delivering superior client service. The team is really devoted to earn the trust and respect of the people and communities that Encharter serves.”
Among her initial actions Johnson announced two new appointments to the Encharter business insurance team:
Linda Eichstaedt, Commercial Lines Manager
Eichstaedt brings 14 years of insurance experience to Encharter, most recently having served with a large, local insurance agency. As an experienced insurance professional, her leadership skills and understanding of the changing commercial marketplace make her uniquely qualified to support Encharter’s internal team to benefit its clients.
Kathie Hill, Commercial Lines Account Executive
Hill holds more than 20 years of experience in Commercial Lines Account Management. She brings extensive experience in managing commercial accounts of all sizes across numerous industries to Encharter.
