Two New Appointments At Preferred Mutual

Jessie Remillard Appointed to Director of Human Resources

Jesse Remillard

Jessie Remillard has been appointed to Director of Human Resources at Preferred Mutual Insurance Company. Prior to this, Jessie was the Manager of Human Resources.

In her new role as Director, Human Resources, Jessie will help Preferred Mutual Insurance Company advance the company’s people strategies and approaches, ensuring they are creating a culture aligned with a “People First” commitment. Jessie will represent the Human Resources function as part of Preferred Mutual Insurance Company’ s Senior Leadership Team and will build and drive the policies and practices that are the foundation of their business.

Jessie holds a master’s degree in organizational management from Sage Graduate School and a bachelor’s degree from SUNY Oneonta. She is a Certified
Professional (CP) through the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) and has her Strategic Workforce Planning Certification.


Sheena Moshetti Appointed to Direct of Strategy Execution

Sheena Moshetti

Sheena Moshetti has been promoted to Director of Strategy Execution at Preferred Mutual Insurance Company. Prior to her new appointment, Sheena was the Manager of Enterprise Project Management for the company.

In her new role, Sheena joins the Strategic Leadership Team and works to ensure enterprise visibility and understanding of the company’s operations. She will also help build and execute comprehensive operational strategies to achieve the company’s Strategic Plans. Sheena holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from SUNY Geneseo.

She is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (LSSBB), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), and an Acord Certified Expert (ACE). Sheena holds accreditations in: Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Associates in Technology (AIT), Associate in Insurance Services (AIS), and Associate in Claims (AIC).
