Deland, Gibson Welcomes Worcester’s Burr Insurance To The Fold

Seventh Acquisition for the Fourth Generation Owned Agency

Deland, Gibson Insurance Associates has officially announced its latest acquisition, Burr Insurance of Worcester. The transaction took place on October 2nd, 2024.

“We’re excited to join forces with Burr Insurance, a company that shares our commitment to putting clients first and building lasting relationships,” said Chip Gibson, CEO of Deland, Gibson. “By joining forces, we’ll be able to combine our strengths and resources to keep delivering top-notch service and peace of mind to our clients. This partnership also deepens our commitment to the Worcester community and broadens our ability to serve even more people in the area.”

For over 70 years, Burr Insurance has provided excellent service and insurance expertise to the greater Worcester area. Their dedication to treating customers with respect, staying informed about industry trends, and building long-term client relationships perfectly aligns with Deland, Gibson’s values.

The alliance will create new opportunities for both the Burr Insurance team and their clients, leveraging Deland, Gibson’s extensive network of carriers and resources.

The Burr Insurance team will relocate to 190 Park Avenue, Worcester in early 2025.
