Announced Merger of Tobey & Merrill and D.B. Warlick & Co agencies as well
Concord, New Hampshire’s Davis & Towle Insurance Group has announced its acquisition of the Tobey & Merrill Insurance in Hampton, N.H.

Like other Davis & Towle Group agencies, Tobey & Merrill will continue to provide the same exceptional service they’ve offered their clients since 1920 but now backed by Davis & Towle’s vast network of coverage options and expanded team collaboration.

According to the terms of the transaction, while the agency will operate under Davis & Towle’s ownership, the trusted Tobey & Merrill name remains, as does its staff. In addition, Davis & Towle will merge D.B Warlick & Co, currently in North Hampton, with Tobey & Merrill. Davis & Towle acquired D.B Warlick in 2024.
As a result of the merger, effective May 27, the D.B Warlick & Co name will sunset as they assume the Tobey & Merrill Insurance Agency name and move to a new location just a short drive from North Hampton. As of May 27, D.B Warlick & Co clients can find their same knowledgeable agents and staff at Tobey & Merrill Insurance Agency located at 20 High Street in Hampton.
