DEDHAM, MA – N&D, part of the N&D | Union Mutual Insurance Group, is pleased to announce the appointment of Michael (Mike) Mucher as Senior Vice President of Underwriting & Distribution.
With over 30 years of experience in the property and casualty insurance industry, Mucher brings a proven track record of leadership and process improvement. In this new role, Mike will provide executive oversight of Underwriting, as well as Marketing and Distribution strategy for N&D.
Mike joins N&D from Electric Insurance, where he most recently served as President of Personal Lines. He began his career as a personal lines underwriter with Hanover Insurance and has held various roles in field marketing and corporate leadership throughout his career.
