Mr. Lozier, Manager of Innovation & Analytics, was recognized by Vermont Business Magazine
Union Mutual is proud to announce that Ben Lozier, the Company’s Manager of Innovation & Analytics, has been recognized by Vermont Business Magazine as one of its 2025 Rising Stars. The award honors outstanding young professionals under 40 who have demonstrated exceptional leadership, professional excellence, and a strong commitment to their communities and to Vermont’s economic growth.

Lozier joined Union Mutual as a college intern in 2016 and, upon graduation, began his full-time career with the Company as a Financial Analyst in 2017. His role has evolved from Business Intelligence to Manager of Innovation & Analytics, where he continues to drive data-driven strategies and foster innovation across the organization.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Ben is deeply rooted in the Vermont community, as demonstrated by his volunteer work following the floods in Vermont in 2023 and 2024. He also dedicates much of his free time to coaching within the Union 32 school district, where he consistently shows strategic thinking and leadership both on and off the field.
