Fixed Rate For Auto Commissions Expiring April 1, 2012
March 30, 2012 – Automobile insurance commissions for agents in Massachusetts will be allowed to change when the present law expires on April 1st and agency carriers no longer have to maintain the rate of commissions fixed before April 1, 2008.
