The Arbella Insurance Group is pleased to announce the promotions of three key members of its IT department including Karen Jansky, Mike Ledoux and Chris Look. Reporting to Arbella Senior Vice President and CIO, Paul Brady, these employees bring decades of combined IT expertise to Arbella and have each made considerable contributions to the company in the areas of application development, IT security and infrastructure management.
Karen Jansky has been appointed Assistant Vice President (AVP) of Application Development. She has been a key member of the IT organization for over 20 years. Throughout her career, she has delivered on her project commitments, built dynamic teams, fostered a great working environment and maintained excellent relationships with her business partners.
Mike Ledoux has been promoted to Assistant Vice President (AVP) of IT Security. He created the IT Security team six years ago and has developed a high performing department, keeping Arbella ahead of the industry. With the rise in cybersecurity threats, Ledoux and his team have responded to the challenge and work tirelessly to keep Arbella Cyber-Safe.
Chris Look has been named Director of Infrastructure. He has been with Arbella for 15 years and has led the infrastructure and release management teams prior to partnering with Ledoux in Arbella’s IT Security team. Look has been a critical in leading Arbella’s IT Incidence Management processes during critical outages.
