Kaplansky Insurance Names Elizabeth Paquette as Regional Manager for Needham, Cambridge, and Brookline Offices

Kaplansky Insurance is excited to announce the promotion of Elizabeth Paquette to Regional Manager, overseeing the Needham, Cambridge, and Brookline branches.

Elizabeth joined Kaplansky Insurance in July 2024 as the Manager of the Needham branch, bringing with her a wealth of experience and a deep understanding of the insurance industry. Within just a month, her exceptional leadership, operational expertise, and client focused approach earned her a well-deserved promotion to Regional Manager.

Elizabeth’s journey in the insurance industry began in 2011 on the company side at Electric Insurance Company in Beverly, MA. After relocating to Boston from the North Shore, she transitioned to the agency side and joined Boynton Insurance Agency, located near Kaplansky’s Needham office. During her tenure at Boynton, she developed expertise in managing high-net-worth portfolios and Private Clients, eventually serving as the agency’s Personal Lines Manager until its acquisition by Cross Insurance in 2021.

Following her time at Cross Insurance, Elizabeth joined C&S Insurance, where she successfully built and managed a Private Client Group. Before joining Kaplansky, she spent two years overseeing personal and small business insurance operations at Coastline Risk.

Elizabeth’s commitment to her clients and her team is complemented by her deep local roots. She has lived in Chestnut Hill since 2013, where she raises her two children, ages 9 and 15, alongside their ten-year-old puppy.

“We are thrilled to have Elizabeth lead our Needham, Cambridge, and Brookline offices,” said Ely Kaplansky, Founder and CEO at Kaplansky Insurance. “Her extensive industry experience, passion for client success, and proven leadership make her the perfect fit to drive our continued growth and deliver exceptional service to our clients across these key regions.”
