The Boston chapter of the National African American Insurance Association (NAAIA) has announced the installation of its 2026 Board of Directors, a group of insurance leaders committed to advancing professional development, strengthening industry connections, and expanding opportunity across the insurance sector.
Founded in 2019, NAAIA Boston is one of the fastest-chartered chapters in the organization’s history and serves insurance professionals across Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and New Hampshire. Through programming focused on education, mentorship, leadership development, and networking, the chapter supports professionals at every stage of their careers while helping connect the industry to diverse talent.
The 2026 Board brings experience from across the insurance ecosystem, including brokerage, carrier, and risk advisory roles. Together, they will continue to advance NAAIA’s mission by empowering members, fostering community within the Boston insurance market, and promoting greater representation across the industry.
Nationally, NAAIA is a growing professional network with more than 3,300 members across 33 chapters throughout the United States.
