Concord, New Hampshire’s Davis & Towle Insurance Group, is growing again. The agency recently announced the merger of Tassey Group Insurance with fellow Davis & Towle Group Agency, Marshall Insurance Agency with locations in Berlin and Lancaster.
Of the decision to sell his agency to Davis & Towle, Glenn Tassey shares, “I chose Davis & Towle with careful consideration for my clients. As a result of the merger, the Tassey Group Insurance name will sunset as they assume the Marshall Insurance Agency name. The agency will also move to Marshall’s Berlin location at 324 Main St. The Tassey phone number remains the same: 603.752.4322.
New office, same service
At Marshall Insurance, Tassey clients will find the same friendly staff they’ve been depending on for years. Customer Service Representative, Dodie Saucier is excited to continue to serve her clients as part of the Marshall Insurance team, and previous owner, Glenn Tassey will remain on board to ensure a smooth transition. In the coming year, Tassey plans to retire from the insurance business to fully focus on his financial planning business.
This acquisition and merger mark a significant step forward in providing New Hampshire’s North Country with more robust options for their insurance needs.
