The internal RogersGray University team focuses on the education of the staff, including the track to partner for senior leaders in the organization, and ensuring clients have

“For many people in our industry, the pathway to partnership is a career objective.” Says David Robinson, President & CEO of RogersGray. “Most agencies do not have the size or scale to be able to offer this course, but at RogersGray, our goal is professional growth in all forms – and that includes the opportunity to achieve partnership status.”
