February 8, 2022 by AC Editor

The Rua-Dumont-Audet Insurance Agency has announced its acquisition of the Lincourt & Pappas Insurance Agency. Both buyer and seller are independent agencies based in Fall River.

“The addition of the Lincourt & Pappas Insurance Agency aligns with the growth strategy of RDA Insurance with both acquisitions and organic growth.” said President and CEO Jason Rua. “We welcome the opportunity to provide our mutual customers greater access to a number of insurance companies and products that may provide additional coverage and more competitive pricing.”

The Lincourt & Pappas Insurance has been a part of the greater Fall River community for over 50 years. The staff at Lincourt & Pappas has a wealth of knowledge and true commitment to their customers, which fits in perfectly with the culture at RDA Insurance.

Going forward, Mr. Rua says his agency will continue to add strategic partners to further its organic growth within the region to better serve our customers and the entire region.
