Tom Rogers Appointed Chief Executive Officer, Russel Martorana and Mark Cuddy Step into Consultancy Roles
Taunton, MA – February 18, 2025 – FBinsure, a division of Patriot Growth Insurance Services, LLC , announced today that Tom Rogers has been promoted to Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Former CEO Russel Martorana will be continuing with the firm as a consultant. Russel has led the firm for 30 years, while Tom, who has been with FBinsure for 24 years, most recently served as Chief Growth Officer. Additionally, Executive Vice President Mark Cuddy will also move into a consultancy role during this transition.
Tom has been a vital part of the agency’s development and growth since joining in 2001. He gained valuable experience managing sales and technology before eventually leading the Agency’s commitment to culture and core values while charting a course for continued growth through the development of innovative risk advisory solutions. His dedication, expertise, and vision have made him a natural choice to lead the agency as CEO, alongside FBinsure’s President Nicole Martorana.
Russel Martorana, who has been with FBinsure since 1979, will continue his commitment to the company’s growth and success as a partner and consultant providing mentorship and advisory services.
