Duffy Insurance Announces Acquisition of Saratoga Insurance Agency

Third Agency Acquisition for Peabody Agency this Year

Duffy Insurance Agency has announced its third acquisition of the year. Saratoga Insurance Agency of East Boston has joined the Duffy Family of Insurance Agencies effective May 1, 2025.

Founded in 1993 by Greg Cioffi and Ralph Rizzo, Saratoga Insurance Agency has built a reputation for its customer-first approach and dedication to client service.

As part of this transition, the Saratoga Insurance location will be merged into Duffy Insurance’s existing offices, ensuring continued personalized service and expanded insurance offerings for its valued customers. The Saratoga Insurance acquisition marks the 22nd acquisition completed by Duffy Insurance and the 14th completed since July 2020.
