Hub New England Welcomes Epstein Financial Services LLC

This is the second Massachusetts acquisition for Hub’s Retirement and Private Wealth division so far this year

Hub New England’s Retirement and Private Wealth grew again this month with another acquisition in Massachusetts. On June 2, 2021, the insurance broker announced its acquisition of Epstein Financial Services LLC and Epstein Financial Group LLC. (Epstein Financial)’s assets.

Based in East Longmeadow, Massachusetts, Epstein Financial is an independent Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) with extensive experience in corporate retirement plan consulting, compliance and regulatory guidance, in addition to wealth management services. According to the terms of the transaction, upon completion of the sale, Charlie Epstein, Principal and Founder of Epstein Financial, will join the Hub Retirement and Private Wealth Group’s location in New England. No further terms of the transaction were disclosed.

Hub NE’s growing Retirement and Private Wealth presence in Massachusetts

This latest acquisition continues Hub New England’s expansion of its retirement and wealth management services (Hub RPW). Its acquisition of Epstein Financial represents the third Massachusetts agency acquisition in this marketplace since January 2021. Overall, the RPW division provides advisory services through both affiliated and unaffiliated Registered Investment Advisors (RIA) including its wholly-owned subsidiaries Global Retirement Partners, LLC, Silverstone Asset Management, LLC, Hub International Investment Advisory Services, Inc., and Sheridan Road Advisors, LLC. In total Hub’s RPW represents clients whose total assets are approximately $105 billion.

Hub New England continues to grow its geographic footprint throughout New England

With the addition of Epstein Financial, Hub continues to grow its presence throughout New England. As one of the largest insurance brokers in the region, this latest addition marks the brokerage firm’s fourth agency acquisition in New England so far in 2021.
