Lawrence-based Agency Expands Its Geographic Footprint into Lynn

Silverio Insurance Agency has announced its acquisition of the David E. Zeller Insurance Agency in Lynn, Massachusetts.

A local, independent agent for over forty years, Mr. David Zeller has entrusted Silverio Insurance Agency to carry on his mission of serving the Lynn community and beyond with comprehensive insurance solutions. Silverio Insurance Agency is honored to continue the legacy of excellence established by Mr. Zeller and is committed to building on the strong foundation he created.

In commenting on his agency’s latest acquisition, President & CEO Evan Silverio said, “We greatly accept this honor and believe that Silverio Insurance Agency has the ability not only to continue, but to add to the great resources already provided by David E. Zeller Insurance Agency.”

According to the terms of the transaction, the staff of the David E. Zeller Agency will join the Silverio Insurance family. No further terms of the transaction were disclosed.

Sixth acquisition in five years

Founded in the 1980’s by Julia Silverio, Silverio Insurance has built itself into a full-fledged independent agency based in Lawrence. The agency continues to grow its geographic footprint in the Commonwealth both organically, and through strategic acquisitions, enhancing its ability to deliver exceptional service and resources to its customers and team members alike.

The Zeller Agency marks the sixth agency acquisition for Silverio Insurance since 2019. The other agency acquisitions include the addition of the Woodcome Insurance Agency of Leominster, Miranda Insurance Services of Woburn, Berube Insurance Agency of Haverhill, Instant Agency of Allston, and Alpha Travel & Insurance of Worcester.
