Kaplansky Insurance Acquires Staite Insurance

February 2, 2021 by AC Editor

This is the first acquisition in 2021 for the Needham-based agency but its 35th overall

Kaplansky Insurance has announced its newest agency acquisition: Staite Insurance. With this latest acquisition, the Needham-based agency has officially acquired 35 independent insurance agencies throughout Massachusetts, making it one of the largest independent locally owned agencies in the Northeast.,

“We are delighted to have Staite Insurance staff join our growing team,” said Mr. Kaplansky. “We strive to add agencies with similar values and morals to our own to make a seamless transition for customers and employees. Throughout the acquisition process, Staite staff have shown true passion and dedication to the industry, and we couldn’t be more excited to welcome them to Kaplansky.”

Newest acquisition will allow agency to expand North of Boston

Staite Insurance, a family owned-and operated agency based in Lowell, will be strategically important for Kaplansky Insurance as it continues to grow its presence throughout the Merrimack Valley community.

“Our acquisition of Staite Insurance allows us to expand our reach across Massachusetts even further, ” commented Mr. Kaplansky. “This provides us with a way to reach more clientele and foster more business-client relationships.”

According to the terms of the transaction, Staite’s former staff will all be transitioning over as employees of Kaplansky’s Chelmsford office.
