Survey measures success of Superbowl ads with viewers
According to USA Today’s “Ad Meter”, the top 25 P&C insurer, State Farm, scored a win in the war of Superbowl Ads. The advertisement featuring Arnold Schwarzenegger and Danny DeVito dubbed “Like a Good Neighbaaa” featured Mr. Schwarzenegger in a battle of pronunciation with makers of his Agent State Farm commercial. State Farm is currently the largest P&C insurer in the country with a 9.07% market share and Direct Written Premiums of $78,643,121,353 as of 2022.
Massachusetts represented as well
Not to be outdone, Massachusetts’ owned Dunkin Donuts came in second with its “The DunKings” advertisement featuring hometown actors Ben Affleck and Matt Damon and former Patriot Quarterback Tom Brady.
