G.L. c. 93A

Chapter 93A of the Massachusetts General Laws makes unlawful any “unfair or deceptive acts or practices in the conduct of any trade or commerce.” Under this statute, individuals and businesses can sue for actual damages as well as double or treble damages along with attorney fees.
