March 11, 2024 by AC Editor

Agency’s 43rd Agency Acquisition Overall

One of the Commonwealth’s largest remaining independent agencies Kaplansky Insurance continues its exponential growth in Massachusetts. The Needham-based agency announced that it has acquired the WT Flynn Insurance agency. The company notes this latest acquisition marks a strategic step in Kaplansky Insurance’s pursuit of growth opportunities and further solidifies its position as a trusted leader in the insurance industry.

“We are excited to welcome WT Flynn Insurance into the Kaplansky Insurance family,” said Ely Kaplansky, President and CEO of Kaplansky Insurance. “Their longstanding commitment to quality service and underwriting excellence perfectly aligns with our values.”

As part of the acquisition, Kaplansky Insurance will integrate WT Flynn Insurance’s operations into its existing infrastructure. While Kaplansky Insurance will not be retaining WT Flynn Insurance’s existing location, clients can expect a seamless transition and continued access to the exceptional service they have come to expect.

Established in 1955, WT Flynn Insurance has long been dedicated to providing professional insurance sales and services to Massachusetts residents and businesses. Their unwavering commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction has earned them a stellar reputation in the community and beyond. Kaplansky Insurance’s Continued Interest in Acquiring Agencies

Kaplansky Insurance’s growth trajectory has been fueled by strategic acquisitions of various agencies across the Commonwealth and the addition of WT Flynn Insurance further underscores this commitment.
