Agency Checklists’ Proprietary List of Recent Acquisition in New England
Mirroring national trends as outlined in this quarter’s OPTIS Partners Report, Q3-2025 merger and acquisition activity in New England saw seven announced transactions, slightly below the Q3 average of nine seen in both 2023 and 2024. As for total transactions, there has been a total of 22 total transactions through Q3-2025, up from 19 in the same period of 2024, but down from 27 in 2023.
Activity in New England remains ahead of last year’s pace but below pre-slowdown levels in 2023.
